we have caring nurses on staff who can assist in evaluating your loved one's needs and pay attention to details that make their needs individualized.  We work closely with state service coordinators to be sure YOUR service plan, meets YOUR needs.   We work closely with DADs to ensure all requirements are met, and all approvals are in place when needed.  We can assist in advocating for school services, work with private duty nursing agencies, medicaid therapy providers, and assist in obtaining equipment needs with 
local DME companies.

We pride ourselves on attention to detail, care, compassion, and support for not just the "new" client, but for all clients, for years to come.

Have a loved on you can no longer care for?   We can work with you to provide options within HCS that best meet their needs.  This could be a group home, support staff to your home, companion/foster care chosen with a qualified person to meet your loved one's needs.

Have behavioral needs?  Require a behavior support plan, on psycho-active medications and need medication monitoring?   Need speech, PT, OT, feeding assessments, home modifications or adaptive devices?

Bello Amanecer works closely with behavioral specialists that can tailor a support plan to meet the needs based on their individual assessment.   Will train staff to follow the designed plan, so consistency is achieved and the best possible outcome can happen.   

Age out of therapy?   No longer in school?   HCS can provide therapy services based on assessments, for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapsy,feeding therapy, audiology services,  adaptive needs and equipment,  and minor home modifcations for safety, and increasing independence.   Each service offered is tailored to meet the needs of the HCS waiver participant.  

State auditors in May 2011 noted NO CITATIONS!!!
